Paid £10 for next day delivery and didn’t arrive until 5 days after. Phone number on website doesn’t work

I have looked into this order. You did pay £10 for an AM service. DPD tried to deliver, but you were not home, so they dropped off the card to have it dropped off at the post office. It was then re-delivered to the post office but you did not collect it for 3 days. I am sorry you could not get through on our phone lines. When busy, we have to prioritize getting orders out. I am sorry that the carriers damaged the tank; this was refunded to the payment source on the 12th at 3.01 pm while you were on the phone. I have also checked on the payment portal, and this shows as refunded to the payment source. Please contact the card or bank you paid with to check with them, as i can not go into more detail on an open review but I will send you the details via email. Regards

I'm still waiting for my item to be delivered? Email says it's in the PO collection. No card and not in PO??

I am sorry for the hassle this has caused you. I have checked the tracking and can see the delivery driver missed you twice, so this was taken to Heol Llanishen Fach post office for you to collect. I can confirm it is there from the gotag and image, it was handed over. please contact me if they say this is not there. all you need to take with you is proof of address and ID to collect this.

The valve is not working as it should, it is not restrcting the water pressure as prescribed.

Made order on 4th of may! Now the 12th and still waiting. Delivery charge was £23.48! Can’t comment on parts as yet to see them

I am so Sorry, Calum I have looked at your order, this should have been delivered on the 8th. I am told that, as the area is remote, the carrier uses a 3rd party, but it should be with you today. I have refunded all the shipping costs as well as this is not what we are used to or expect from our carriers. Regards Dave

I am sorry, Ann. This was ordered and sent out the day before the bank holidays, so the next working day was yesterday. I see they tried to deliver it, but no one was there. They are on route to you again today.

Bought supposedly oversize 22mm Brass Olives to use on 3/4" copper pipe with modern 22mm fitting (New Gate Valve) But found the ID of the oversize olives supplied virtually identical to the normal 22mm copper olives supplied in the fitting. Supposedly oversize olive had OD of 0.5 greater than copper/original ones. Being brass they need a lot more force to compress. However they cannot form a seal to the pipes the ID being at least 1mm too great. Smaller ID is needed to fit to a 3/4" pipe. but with same OD as 22mm olive. V disappointedm, now have no hot water. Now need other solution. I expected to receive olives with 19.5mm ID and OD for 22mm

HI Richard, We sell a few hundred 3/4 olives that go into a 22mm compression fitting. These are for imperial copper pipe but will not fit 3/4" 20th as you need a different fitting for this type. if you need any advice, please contact me and I can sort this out for you. Regards Dave

I'm afraid I didn't receive what I ordered - got double flush instead of single. When I tried to call and report the problem there was no pick up. Please come back to me if you would.

Part arrived, didn’t work, contacted company via contact us and received an acknowledgement but no response. When you call it says voicemail is full and goes around in circles. Can’t say I’d use this company agains.

I am sorry. I have looked into this, and it looks like Royal Mail has not delivered this. Normally, Royal Mail takes 2-3 days on average. Both Royal Mail and DPD have well over 99% success rates. I have now resent this order again. I am told by Royal Mail that their tracking has issues on a small number of some devices but a fix out any day. Regards

Never recieved my order. Very hard to communicate with the don't take phone calls amd email replies are too slow to correct ordering errors. A small mistake on ordering was totally impossible to correct leading to my order going to the wrong address and now missing. It's a disaster. They tried to help but timing delays have caused a nightmare. Still no goods and very very slow communication takes days for replies.

I am sorry you had trouble getting through, we had staff on holiday, and there was a banner on the website saying to message us and we would get back ASAP. I have looked at your order, the delay in you receiving your order was the wrong address on your order which you told us about after the parcel had left, we changed it for you but this added an extra day, DPD then tried at the address 3 times and advised no one was in, on the 4th time it was received, could you contact us if you have not received the order as this is dated before this review. regards

PlumbinBits have been let down badly by DPD I told them to put it in the garage and then deliver to any neighbour and two occasions they just came and went without doing either and did not deliver my package for a further three days. I had to get the parcel delivered to a local shop which is what DPD said they would do any way if I wasn't in. I am not unhappy with PlumbinBits but I will not use them again if they use DPD. I also paid for next day delivery.

I am sorry DPD has let you down on this order, DPD normally is very good but with all delivery companies, they are only as good as their drivers, and have a 98.9 percent delivery rate. We also offer Royal Mail service but this is a 48 hour service as an alternative. Regards

I am so sorry you feel this is overpriced, I have looked at the order, and £6 for a genuine Grohe Bellow plus £3 for postage is the best price on any shopping channel. you can always return the item to us for a full refund.

I am very sorry you feel we have let you down on our customer service, we take customer service very seriously and strive for perfection. I mentioned when you contacted us that this was delivered to your next-door neighbour, as per the geotag and image, you will need to collect the parcel from your neighbour as Royal Mail has classed this as part of your safe location.

They sent me a toilet seat without soft close hinges despite my order clearly saying I had bought one with soft close hinges. All of my emails have been ignored hence there has been no resolution. I would not recommend

I ordered 2 small diaphragm valves with next day delivery. 7 days ago and they are yet to arrive. Customer services direct me to dpd and refuse to support or send replacement parts which cost less than £10. Terrible service.

I am sorry you are not happy with the service, it took 6 days to solve this, DPD tried to deliver on the day after you ordered and again the day after that, both times you were not in, and a calling card was left, you then requested the order to be delivered to a shop, which I am sorry DPD took a few days to sort that. I could not send replacement parts to an address that they had failed to deliver twice too.
