I am sorry you are not happy with the service, it took 6 days to solve this, DPD tried to deliver on the day after you ordered and again the day after that, both times you were not in, and a calling card was left, you then requested the order to be delivered to a shop, which I am sorry DPD took a few days to sort that. I could not send replacement parts to an address that they had failed to deliver twice too.

I am sorry, this pump was faulty, we sell around a hundred a month and have not had this issue before. They are all brand new, we never sell second hand parts.
I will email you a return postage label for this pump so we can refund you.
I am sorry that you missed the notes on the checkout screen about the cut off for same day is 1pm and dinner on Friday for Saturday, as your order was at 22.17 on Friday it missed the cut off window, We refunded the difference from Saturday to next day and this will show as a sperate refund, these can take a few days to show in your account.
I am sorry we have left you disappointed, the first seat had a chip from the delivery, the second we could not see any marks on it, there was polystyrene suck to the seat, which wiped off. I have refunded you in full for everything.

Hi Nadeem, sorry about this. DPD tried to deliver to you twice but found you weren't in both times so they returned your order back to us yesterday. As a result, we processed your refund yesterday, although sometimes this may take 24 hours to appear for you.
I am sorry you didn't like the pipe or fittings. Both are made by Polypipe BS EN 12201, the British standard. We sell lots of coils of pipe along with the fittings, and most customers are very happy with the quality. If you have any installation issues, please get in touch so I can walk you through any issues.

You contacted us earlier today on the busiest day of the week expecting us to give you our technical expertise and advice. We are more than happy to help our customers where we can but we don’t promise this as we are simply a supplier of plumbing products (in fact most of our customers are in the trade).
If you feel the product is faulty, you may return to us for inspection and if so we can issue a replacement or provide a full refund.
