Hi Mark, the delivery charges are shown before you make any purchase. I am looking for a more competitive express delivery company that will ship to the top end of Scotland. the jiffy would be used for what you brought, as this would give it the most protection whilst it could still be posted through most doors.

I am sorry you did not see the email response to your message, showing you the parcel had arrived on the 3rd day (3/4/25) and was or is behind the plant pot in your porch. Please contact me if you can not find it.
“Parts arrived on time but to my dismay it’s the wrong part for our silent inlet valve. All sites say the part is correct but it’s too large. The first one I ordered was tapered and still leaks. The original has a red nipple in the centre .

Hi John, I have looked into this. You ordered Bellows that are for the Syphon, these will not work for the inlet.

Hi Ruth, There was a banner at the bottom of every page, as well as a customer notice on the basket and checkout screens. We also had a tab marked Christmas deliveries that had the last order date for Royal Mail and DPD.

“The product is fine. As described and easy to fit. The delivery was a problem. I waited in for a couple of hours including the one hour window given for the forecast delivery but received a text within the hour telling me an attempt had been made to deliver and I'd have to pick it up from local collection point the following day. No attempt had been made, so I called DPD who tried to contact the delivery driver but was unable to do so so they said a message had been sent to the driver to return and amake delivery. No further information or contact was made so it was not clear whether I should be staying at home or what was happening. Contact with DPD the following morning made it clearer what had happened, the Driver's tablet had crashed so he had to return to depot. An understandable problem that would have been better communicated with me, the customer. Hence the three star scoring.”
I am sorry, that you feel the order was late, I have looked at the order and it was placed at 13.10 on Friday, the cutoff is 13.00(this is shown on the checkout screen and in the T&C), some time orders after the cutoff can go out on the same day but this is not guaranteed, so your order left us Monday Morning and was with you Tuesday

I am sorry that the Ideal plate is not as good as the old one, we also do a stainless version that Ideal does which is much stronger than the chrome on plastic one.

“Plumbinbits used dpd to delivery my parcel which ended up taking 4 days to get to me because the driver went to the wrong address but said i wasnt home.When I contacted pluminbits to inform.them of this, they said they would contact dpd which they did. However I have only given 3 star review because they never even offered to refund the express delivery charges. That was the least they could do considering the the late delivery.”
Hi Denise, we're glad you liked the product. Unfortunately, having looked into it, your order was placed at 3:06pm which was a couple hours past our threshold for next day delivery. For next day delivery, orders need to be placed before 1pm, which is mentioned on our website and when checking out. Sorry you did not receive it the next day.
