“My article was filled very good. However, once it went to EVI for delivery it was terrible. The order was filled 7 days ago and I still haven't received it yet. Considering it should have been delivered the next day. Something has to be done about the delivery system. Its a small package that could have been sent by post. My order number was 406842.”

Your order was dispatched promptly and sent using our advertised Evri 2-5 working day delivery service. Tracking shows that delivery was attempted within that timeframe, however the courier reported being unable to complete the delivery and scheduled a reattempt.
We appreciate how frustrating delivery delays can be, especially when you're waiting for a small item. While the delivery process is handled by the courier once the parcel leaves us, we continually monitor courier performance and pass customer feedback on where appropriate.

Yes our EVRI service is listed as a 2 - 5 service, If you require items quicker the DPD next day service would be a better option.

I’m sorry your order took over a week to arrive—that isn’t the experience we want. And I totally agree, we ran a trial of EVRI, and the first batch of orders had issues at the EVRI hub, which added a few days to the 2 day service. This issue has now been fixed, so this should not happen again

I am sorry, Alan. I have looked at this order; it was placed after the 1 pm cut-off to go out that day and was delivered to you the following day. This is shown in the basket screen and the checkout screen.

I am sorry that you are not happy with the service. I can see that it was attempted 4 times, and no one was in before. On the 5th time, it was tried earlier and was delivered.
We do not offer free delivery, as this was a toilet seat, it would only provide you with the next working day service.

This is strange, as I have checked the item you got from the eBay channel, and this was in stock the whole time, so I do not have an answer at the moment.

Hi Mark, the delivery charges are shown before you make any purchase. I am looking for a more competitive express delivery company that will ship to the top end of Scotland. the jiffy would be used for what you brought, as this would give it the most protection whilst it could still be posted through most doors.

“Parts arrived on time but to my dismay it’s the wrong part for our silent inlet valve. All sites say the part is correct but it’s too large. The first one I ordered was tapered and still leaks. The original has a red nipple in the centre .

Hi John, I have looked into this. You ordered Bellows that are for the Syphon, these will not work for the inlet.

Hi Ruth, There was a banner at the bottom of every page, as well as a customer notice on the basket and checkout screens. We also had a tab marked Christmas deliveries that had the last order date for Royal Mail and DPD.
