“Bought the OX 22mm olive cutter, it was the best price I found and delivery was really good. Placed order one day and delivered a couple of days later.”
“Good comucaton from start of order to delivery I would purchase from them again. It would help if making a purchase on line ifthere was padlock to ensure a safe secure transaction”
“Sent the wrong component but a quick reminder sent the correct one promptly grateful service. Have used them before usually have the part that regular suppliers don't seem to stock”
“I ordered 2 small diaphragm valves with next day delivery. 7 days ago and they are yet to arrive. Customer services direct me to dpd and refuse to support or send replacement parts which cost less than £10.
Terrible service.”
I am sorry you are not happy with the service, it took 6 days to solve this, DPD tried to deliver on the day after you ordered and again the day after that, both times you were not in, and a calling card was left, you then requested the order to be delivered to a shop, which I am sorry DPD took a few days to sort that. I could not send replacement parts to an address that they had failed to deliver twice too.
“The website gives comprehensive information about the various products, enabling you to make sure that you order what you are looking for. The prices are very competitive and a reasonable charge for delivery. Ordering was easy. Delivery was very quick with the goods arriving very well packaged and in perfect condition. Cannot ask for more from a purchase.”
