“Fair service let down by Royal Mail delivery timescales. Ordered on a Sunday, dispatched late on the Monday, delivered on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately the part that was "on the way out" failed totally on Thursday morning so I had to drive to a nearby plumbers merchant to get a replacement.
