"Excellent quality, proper packing and delivered, reasonable price. Thanks for your service."
Manjunath Balasubramany
"Excellent price, communication and despatch. Fully repaired leaking toilet with new cistern seal and clip, and new flush pipe to toilet. Wished they'd stocked silicone grease though, would have ordered that as well as I had to get it from Screwfix which held me up a day as it wasn't in stock, and I'm not a believer in soaping rubber and plastic tubing to use as a lubricant as it is not water repellent like the grease. Will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend."

"I ordered 3 new toilet 🚽 seats and they arrived in great time, I had ordered all the same and realised one was different so I sent one back and reordered correct one, after a call to plumbits we identified the seat I should have ordered and it came in two days of ordering, and I was refunded for original one in a few days, what a great all round experience and service from really nice friendly people, many thanks Jane Forsyth Kelso Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 "

“
Heritage gold fittings for toilet seat arrived fast and were as described and assembled fairly simply but would benefit from exploded diagram as no instructions supplied in package. Glad I kept original in one piece to view as comparison!
