“As usual I was slightly wary as I'd not used the site before and saw that the part I needed was nearly half the price of my usual supplier (who'd email me after i'd paid and told me the part was not available for weeks and that I was unlikely to get it elsewhere) but checked reviews and thought id give them a try. Well worth it - excellent service, part arrived immediately after Xmas and allowed me to fix a loo that had been out of action for over a month.
