“Given that nothing seems to work in Britain today, it was a pleasure to deal with a business is so well organised and professional
Not only were the things I ordered the best price available, they were in the post the same day, with me a couple of days later and were of excellent quality. Thanks”
“Ordered heritage soft close toilet seat, price was verygood in comparison to other outlets, delivered within 3days ,excellent service.Would deal with them again, highly recommend”
“My article was filled very good. However, once it went to EVI for delivery it was terrible. The order was filled 7 days ago and I still haven't received it yet. Considering it should have been delivered the next day. Something has to be done about the delivery system. Its a small package that could have been sent by post. My order number was 406842.”
Hi Gerald,
Thank you for your feedback.
I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the item itself, but I'm sorry that the delivery experience did not meet your expectations.
Your order was dispatched promptly and sent using our advertised Evri 2-5 working day delivery service. Tracking shows that delivery was attempted within that timeframe, however the courier reported being unable to complete the delivery and scheduled a reattempt.
We appreciate how frustrating delivery delays can be, especially when you're waiting for a small item. While the delivery process is handled by the courier once the parcel leaves us, we continually monitor courier performance and pass customer feedback on where appropriate.
If you have still not received your parcel, please contact us directly quoting order 406842 and we will be happy to investigate further with Evri on your behalf.
Kind regards,
Dave

“The process was simple, and the delivery was incredibly prompt. Unfortunately, with regards to my order the item purchased is no longer required, and the returns process seems less efficient. I've had no response from my enquiry.”
