I missed 3 out of 5 calendars. As a result I had to travel back to Sweden without them.

Our records show that the order was placed for five calendars and that all five were printed and shipped together. As we did not receive any email or contact regarding missing items, this is the first time we’ve become aware that there may have been a problem. Items were great, postage costs are crazy expensive though. I saw the postage total and thought it was including the items id purchased, but then asked to put my card details in before I'm given the total bill. its just wrong. Sent Royal Mail 2nd class, yet charged £12 for something that costs just over £3 to send (trust me, I work for Royal Mail so I know). Greedy company, so wouldn't use again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m sorry this was your experience. After seeing your review, we investigated the order (as no email was provided) and identified that the checkout system had incorrectly applied a delivery charge. As soon as this was discovered, the full delivery fee was refunded as a gesture of goodwill. To clarify for accuracy: • We do not offer Royal Mail 2nd Class — our service starts at 1st Class only. • The postage charge was not intentional; it was a system error, not a reflection of how we operate. Overcharging customers is not something we do — greedy we are not. Had we been contacted at the time, this would have been resolved immediately, as we always aim to sort issues quickly once made aware. We’re pleased you were happy with the items themselves, and we regret that a system error caused frustration.

I paid extra to have to it delivered early and it came late. So now I have to organise to have ot sent abroad. Thanks a lot

We are sorry to hear the order arrived late. We dispatched it on schedule, but the delay occurred within the delivery network due to high Christmas volumes, which is unfortunately outside our control. We’re disappointed too when this reflects badly on us despite being caused by Royal Mail. As we really value our customers, we’ll refund the delivery fee and absorb this cost.

As this is the second 1 star review you’ve left regarding a Royal Mail delivery issue I’d like to clarify the situation. We previously emailed asking for confirmation of your address, but we haven’t received a response. It’s always easier to resolve matters by email rather than through public reviews. To bring this to a close, as we do not wish to address the matter publicly any further, the order has been refunded in full.

Ordered 1 print it was creased, they sent a replacement, it was creased. Won't be using again.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry that your order has arrived creased not once, but twice. We completely understand how disappointing this is. Both prints left our facility in perfect condition. Once we hand them over to the delivery network, we unfortunately lose control of how they are handled, and in this case it seems they’ve let both of us down. We take pride in the quality of our prints, and we’re sorry that your experience hasn’t reflected that. A refund of the original order has been issued

Hi Martin Sorry to hear the order had not arrived by the estimated arrival date of the 12th November I have checked the Royal Mail International estimated arrival date and it was showing as the 12th November. These are estimated dates and some unforeseen delays can happen during transit to you As you had selected a non tracked postal service we have no means of tracing the items location at present but if you can let us know when the order arrives with you We are always here to help with any issues so please drop us an email if you need assistance on any order Regards Glenn Sands Sales Director

The quality was not as good as I expected. I informed customer service and they advised it was fault of my own. Checking my pictures they are at good quality and should not have been printed fuzzy. I will not be using this company again.

Really awful service. I paid approx £8 for them to be delivered by the Friday-they did not arrive until the following day- so why did I pay £8?! Also they were bent and damaged in the corners- not impressed!

Still waiting for something that I paid express delivery for and was meant to be delivered before Xmas... I am still waiting for the product and it is now new year!!!.... These were meant to be Christmas presents!!!!.....I am absolutely disgusted that i can not get hold of anyone during this time and I have spent £50 with u for nothing!... Nothing to show for it...

I placed my order on 26 Dec with an outlook for 2 Jan. My dad's birthday was on 1 Jan, so I signed up to it being a day later. However, the item was dispatched on 6 Jan, that's a lot later with no apology. I'm not a happy customer.

The website had stated on all pages we were closed until 2nd January so the item was not going to arrive by 2nd January as assumed.
