“I was very impressed with Pixa Prints when I wanted to produce and order for 100 calendars. The tenplate was easy to use and any questions I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The order was printed, calendar compiled and posted out to me very quickly and was received within four days of ordering. The product itself was as it looked on the screen and the print quality and paper quality is great. I highly recommend Pixa Prints and look forward to using them again in the future.”

Hi We're sorry to see this review. We have fully checked the order and can confirm that the item was printed and supplied to the size selected, created and approved when the order was placed. We understand from subsequent correspondence that a different size was actually required. However, this was unfortunately an incorrect item selection rather than the wrong item being sent by us. We can also see that a new order for the required A3 size was subsequently placed and printed. We contacted you privately regarding the review but unfortunately received no response. We will always take responsibility when we make a mistake, but in this instance the original order was produced correctly to the item and approved design submitted.

“I have used this company quite a few times- good price, good quality and quick turn around, however was disappointed with one of the recent copies - as had chopped part of person off on left of a photo, yet there was obviously a space to the right of the photo which was blank. I was told was up to me to check but I can’t see how anyone printing that could have failed to notice ? I was working from a phone and the photo looked centred to me still does when I look again. Those 11 copies had to go to the bin. First time disappointed.”

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry this order wasn't as expected. We do not view, amend or adjust customer designs. Every order is printed automatically from the approved design submitted for printing. Before an order can proceed to checkout, customers are required to approve the design exactly as shown on screen. As mentioned in our email, we appreciate that mistakes can happen and that we are here to help, but unfortunately we didn't receive a response. We will always do our best to assist our customers, regardless of how a mistake has occurred.
