Sorry to hear you have had a design issue The following is to clarify the design and order process Customers create and adjust their designs during the design creation process. If when an image is placed into the design template it needs to be adjusted this is done by using the crop tab We do not view, amend or adjust designs on behalf of customers. Before we allow an order to move to checkout we require approval to print the design as it has been created and shown onscreen. Once the design is approved, the order is automatically transferred to our automated print system, where it is printed exactly as submitted, regardless of its quality or accuracy. We strongly encourage reviewing the design carefully during the approval stage to ensure all details are correct. We appreciate you may not have fully checked the design before approving and if you send us an email with your order number we are here to help

“Genuinely really impressed. I'm a professional photographer and made a load of calendars for my clients. I put in a big order which made me a bit nervous as I'd never used pixaprints before but decided anything was going to be better than Vistaprint (who had disappointed me a number of times). Super easy to make my calendars, they arrived very well packaged, quickly, and really great print quality. 10/10 would use again.”

As this is the second 1 star review you’ve left regarding a Royal Mail delivery issue I’d like to clarify the situation. We previously emailed asking for confirmation of your address, but we haven’t received a response. It’s always easier to resolve matters by email rather than through public reviews. To bring this to a close, as we do not wish to address the matter publicly any further, the order has been refunded in full.
