“As always a prompt delivery of my order, and a well produced callender. Pity the Royal Mail squashed the corners a little which did impact on the order. Not Pixa's fault as I believe the packaging was as previous years and never have had a problem.”

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry that your order has arrived creased not once, but twice. We completely understand how disappointing this is. Both prints left our facility in perfect condition. Once we hand them over to the delivery network, we unfortunately lose control of how they are handled, and in this case it seems they’ve let both of us down. We take pride in the quality of our prints, and we’re sorry that your experience hasn’t reflected that. A refund of the original order has been issued
