“Disappointed that when we received the phone case not all the images/text came out as shown on template on computer; therefore some text missing. Efficient delivery service.”

“Stickers are great but had I not had the voucher I wouldn't have paid much more for them. I also paid three separate delivery charges to have them delivered and then they all came in one envelope which could not have cost nearly £6! A bit disappointed and won't be in a rush to buy them again.”

Hi Ami, Thank you for the review. Unfortunately as this is a Wowcher deal it is one voucher code per transaction. Our automated software detects same addresses and will combine orders if it means less deliveries to the same address. It also reduces the possibility of some being delayed in delivery around this busy Christmas period with Royal Mail. Many Thanks, Richard.

“The product I received was very good the picture on the cover looked very good, printed very well. I was disappointed with the delivery as I was not updated that there were no ipad cases in stock and only found out why my order was late when I contacted pixaprints myself. Although the item arrived a week late, i was pleased with my item.”

Hi Francesca, As Natalie had mentioned in email correspondance, we had tried to contact you on the phone number you had provided as there was a manufacturing delay with stock arriving in to us. “Service was fast but the print quality was a bit disappointing. The colours on my personalised phone cover were not as vibrant and sharp as the original picture itself and look faded.”

Hi Tim, I have checked your order and it was a logo you had printed on the phone cover. I am keen to see the problem of faded colours as our cases are usually very vibrant and sharp as we usually print photos on the cases and they require a sharp vibrant print.
