“The product I received was very good the picture on the cover looked very good, printed very well. I was disappointed with the delivery as I was not updated that there were no ipad cases in stock and only found out why my order was late when I contacted pixaprints myself. Although the item arrived a week late, i was pleased with my item.”

Hi Francesca, As Natalie had mentioned in email correspondance, we had tried to contact you on the phone number you had provided as there was a manufacturing delay with stock arriving in to us. “Easy to create a personalised phone cover which included a lot of photos but the process was surprisingly simple. I enjoyed being able to make my cover unique to my taste and not to be restricted by set grids. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

Hi Tim, I have checked your order and it was a logo you had printed on the phone cover. I am keen to see the problem of faded colours as our cases are usually very vibrant and sharp as we usually print photos on the cases and they require a sharp vibrant print. If you wish to email it to info@pixaprints.co.uk we can check the vibrancy problem for you. It may be your monitor is very rich in contrast in the settings. Thanks Richard Sands
