“Ordered 1 print it was creased, they sent a replacement, it was creased. Won't be using again.”

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry that your order has arrived creased not once, but twice. We completely understand how disappointing this is. Both prints left our facility in perfect condition. Once we hand them over to the delivery network, we unfortunately lose control of how they are handled, and in this case it seems they’ve let both of us down. We take pride in the quality of our prints, and we’re sorry that your experience hasn’t reflected that. A refund of the original order has been issued

“Fantastic company. I have always done personalised Calendars and never has it been so quick and easy. Very fast posting time and such good quality. Other companies refused my photos as they were not good. Highly recommend Pixa Prints.”
