“Very clear and interesting course. I really like testing after each session and especially retention which could be set up according the needs. At the beginning I doubt how online training could be handled but I was positively surprised. Looking forward to real ITIL exam now. Best Regards”

“A well written & easy to follow course with some great features to help embed your learning. Some difficulties with access / install of the exam software experienced could do with some attention as well as perhaps some edits in the course content to ensure the context of exam questions is covered but overall still a great course and I would definitely use Pink Elephant again.
