“It's my the first time that I attend such a course. It's very theoretical with a lot of difficult definitions. Interesting but difficult to imagine how to realize the practical implementation.”

“Too short in time to get inspired by practical examples based on our own organisation (people and workflows). Too many technical terms that can be replaced by more common ones so a non-Englisch native can understand them much better.”

“The trainer was really nice and approachable. But I found the course quite difficult to follow. I felt like it didn't flow in the same way as our work pattern, so it was hard to correlate. As we were all from different parts of the business it would have been nice to have a consistent example that the practice was applied to so we could all understand how to use it.”

“Contrary to the first trainer that we were assigned - who was not fit to deliver any sort of training - our second trainer was excellent, knowledgeable and actually had a structure to the training. In the future please ensure that there is a specific standard to your trainers across the company, because it resulted in a postponement and waste of time”

“I would like to write a review specifically about our trainer, Kevin. Our initial experience of the online training was not the best so I came into the sessions worried I would not be able to grasp the material and would be overwhelmed. However, Kevin was a fantastic teacher and took the time to engage the whole group in the learning process as well as making us all feel comfortable to challenge answers or express areas we may have got wrong. This has been a fantastic tool in ironing out my understanding of the material and reinforcing my learnings over the last few days. I particularly enjoyed the balance of material and exam questions to familiarise myself with the techniques and thinking required to answer the questions confidently. Despite the sessions sometimes feeling a little long as unfortunately the course was required to be delivered remotely, I have thoroughly enjoyed learning the material and having secured my foundation qualification I am excited for the next one ahead! A huge thank you to Kevin and Ishpreet who has shown us nothing but patience during this process.”

Despite being a requirement for all service desk staff to attend an ITIL course, I am delighted that I learned about future courses offered which suit my role more closely.
