“Visited the Winchmore Hill branch today and was treated by Isobel. My right ear had become blocked after using some ear drops that shall remain nameless. Isobel was clear, concise, and professional throughout the whole experience. She explained everything she was doing, both before the actual microsuction procedure and during - very reassuring. After the treatment, I could hear again and I could not believe that I had been living with impeded hearing all these years. As a side note, my wife suffers from vertigo and was with me during this process. Isobel was happy to answer questions in relation to this also. I'm very happy with the whole encounter. Thanks Isobel!”

“I had appointment for wax removal both ear.I didn't want to go to my GP because it's takes ages to get appointment in hospital and I hear just 50%. I chose Pindrom Hearing on Harley street. It was great service and they did excellent job.He explained me everything what he needs to do. I was there first time but not the last time.They made mine day. Thank you.”

“My left hearing aid broke in my ear. The GP wanted to refer me to an ENT specialist in hospital, as it was said that the surgery did not have the special tools to remove debris deep in the ear, whereas the specialist will. A prompt appointment at the Harley Street Pindrop Hearing clinic solved the issue: the hearing aid was repaired in situ, at once, and my ear was cleaned of excess cerumen. There were no debris, no need for a specialist!”

“Something that could not have been foreseen went wrong with my new hearing aids. An hour later I walked out of Pindrop , having had an immediate appointment with an audiologist and with a spare hearing aid, fully set up to my prescription. This is what to expect from Pindrop if something goes wrong and it is consistent with my experience throughout.”

“After years of problems with too much ear wax, summer holidays spent avoiding swimming and weeks in pain, with complete occlusion using ear drops to try and soften the wax before syringing I am now free of all that anxiety. If only I'd known how quick and inexpensive it could be to get earwax removed easily and painlessly, Thank you.”

“I contacted Pindrop as I had a bad wax build up in my right ear which was actually making me feel unwell and depressed. Yesterday I attended my appointment at Pindrop Winchmore Hill Branch and the change in my persona was amazing. I could hear again and the 'brick wall' in my ear had been knocked down. I am one very happy 72 year old bunny! Thank you Pindrop soooo much.”
