I ordered a tripod for my telescope. It arrived in good time but after opening and inspecting the item, it proved to be wholly unsuitable for mounting a telescope so I carefully repackaged everything and paid the £15.76 return postage to the Isle of Man. Upon receipt, Picstop decided for some reason, that they would only refund me £79.99 which was £10 less than I had paid originally. When I tried to contact them to find out if this was deliberate or a mistake, they just would not answer any of my emails or messages. I have since recovered a full refund by disputing the refund through my credit card company. In summary, I would buy nothing from PicStop again

We have no issue accepting returns, in this instance the customer was fully aware he could return if unopened. When the item arrived back, the transit box and retail box were opened but also crucially damaged and therefore not in a condition to be re-sold. The product was sent back to the supplier for re-packaging, for which there is a charge. We would always reply, however, we received no emails or messages after the product was received back.
Return policy should be go free and items on website needs more information about it

Hello Amirfarhad Dadrasi, Sorry to see you have not had a positive experience with us. For transparency, and for readers of this review, here's what happened. Customers places an order and agrees to our terms of sale (as you would have to with any online retailer), shortly after, we processed the order. Then later in the day the buyer makes an enquiry with us to check compatibility of the item with their device, the product was unfortunately not compatible. The customer then asks to cancel the order, however, we could not physically cancel the order at this point as it had already been shipped. We were then asked multiple times if we offered free returns, we don't. The information in our returns policy is very clear and states the process for returning unwanted items. (we do of course offer free returns on faulty items) Thank you,

Hello, I am sorry to hear this order failed to arrive, you did email us directly at the point where there was a one day delay. We asked you to kindly allow a little more time (Apr 20th), however, we did not hear back from you until we received this review. Please contact us directly, we will refund/replace this for you immediately. Apologies again for this issue with Royal mail, thank you for your understanding.
Forgot I had the MP3 player from PicStop until I saw the email asking for a review. Only positive is it was delivered promptly. I have found the SanDisk MP3 I purchased impossible to use. After looking at the very basic instructions given, I have ended up with an MP3 player that only displays in a language that is impossible for me to understand, I'm guessing its Chinese or similar? I have tried to find help via google and found others have had this problem but their MP3s seem to be different to mine so sadly, after spending hours trying, I can't follow their solutions either. Life is too short to spend more time on it. :-(

Offered support / solution via email and offered to call, email read by customer, no response.
I mistakenly bought the wrong size sd card. Asked to exchange them for the right size after returning them. Nothing appeared so emailed them to be told I had had a refund to my account. Minus the one I had opened the packaging for. No communication to tell me this and they kept the opened one. Why they couldn't replace the unopened ones and return me the opened one I don't know perhaps if the had called me to explain it would have helped!

Hello, We don't offer exchanges for different products, this is clearly outlined in the email when we supply the return address details. The opened card was returned to you (same address) at our expense. Thank you.
Not a great experience as I couldn’t cancel a product moments after ordering it. Then I had to order the right one and send back the first and did not get a full refund. There was no explanation for the reduced refund.

Hello, I am sorry we were unable to cancel the order placed in error, we have no staff on hand to cancel orders placed outside normal office hours. Depending on the status of an order we can sometimes stop the order at a later point, with your order this was not possible. We offered you our Freepost address to return the order which has now been refunded. Thank you.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the problem with this order for an astronomy telescope. The order shipped on time 21/12/2020 14:13:39 with Parcelforce courier (tracking PBCD7559854001) The delivery subsequently failed to arrive within the delivery estimate and appears to have been mis-routed / lost by the courier. Sadly we were unable to offer a re-shipment or alternative due to stock shortages, therefore a refund was applied. ​We hate to let customers down like this and apologise again for the inconvenience this caused.

Hello, After you issued a Paypal case against us we applied a refund, until that point we were unaware of any issue with this order. "You've issued a refund of £23.39 GBP to Victoria Graham and this case has been closed." Later, the delayed delivery arrived and the customer kindly sent the funds back to us. Victoria Graham sent you £20.00 GBP. Note from Victoria Graham: "Royal Mail compensation lost parcel order number PS100260084"

Dear Sirs I email you on the 17/12/2020 but have been ignored to request a return label as the computer lead don't fit my computer therefore it of no used to me what so ever. Royal Mail delays blamed on 'exceptional' volumes of post https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-55263177 La Poste in France also have similar issues as you are aware. Sadly there have been considerable delays with mail to Europe from the UK. We have already replied to your earlier emails, and will definitely resolve the situaion for you if these packages do not arrive soon. Many thanks for your patience.
