About PicStop:

Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and sell a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have multiple warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Browning, Skywatcher, Bresser, National Geographic, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

“I bought binoculars and I am very satisfied. I'd just rather to have been informed of the amount of customs fees when ordering.”

Hello, We ship goods outside the UK less tax, there is a note in red text in our shopping cart with a link to a page to help estimate tax & import duty before finalising the order. Many thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed at 15.30hrs, just after our 14.00hrs cut off for same day shipping, the order arrived well within the 2-5 working day service for delivery chosen.

“PicStop were very efficient but using the Post Office is a mistake, they never deliver on time. They claimed that they tried to deliver but no one was in, well we were. CCTV proves that they did not come. This is not a one off it happens every time. Once when we were expecting a 48 hour tracked parcel we checked it every day and it was in the Bristol depot for five days and then took two more days to be delivered from the local sorting depot.”

Thank you for your feedback - Sorry to hear that Royal Mail claimed there was a delivery attempt, this should not happen, hopefully you will also make a complaint to them as we have one from our side. Regarding delivery, you should not have been expecting a 48hr service, this is not something we offer, or you can choose online, the item shipped on a 2-5 Working day service and (according to tracking) it arrived (photographed) on the 4th 'working day', and therefore within the estimate. “Although I am entirely happy with the item and service at the same time as I was expecting item I received a scam message from DPD saying an item could not be delivered and if you wished it delivered a fee of 2 euros was requested. I did try to pay on my credit card but bank blocked the transfer . Had to get a new credit card however. It was therefore a total co-incidence that I was expecting Picstop delivery when I received the scam e-mail. D Bruce”

Seems a touch unfair that our score should be marked down because of an unrelated phishing email from a carrier (DPD) we didn't use to ship this order, as per the Royal Mail tracking we supplied, however, at least you didn't succumb to the email.
