Hello Delivery to Ireland is up to 10 working days. At the time this review was made, the order was not delayed and still within the estimate. However, with all the Royal Mail strike days during December 2022 and the public holidays, it probably feels like this should have arrived. There have also been backlogs to mail delivery which sadly may eventually delay this delivery, if that is the case please accept our apologies. If this has not arrived in the first few days of January, please get in touch **directly** and we'll resolve the situation for you. Thank you.
Picstop used to be very good for memory cards, however on my last order which was initially for just under £60 I couldn't obtain the free next day delivery offer if order over £30, I changed my order to a single card paid for 2-5 day delivery & waited 8 days on it (this was before the royal mail industrial action), I won't be using them again.

Hello, Sorry to hear you have had a somewhat negative experience this time. Your previous order which qualified for free delivery was over two years ago. During that period, shipping / postal costs have increased considerably, especially to Northern Ireland, your location. We have had no option but to introduce what we see as a reasonable postage cost of £1.99 to ship to this location. These costs were made clear during the ordering process, however, you still continued with the transaction and accepted that cost. We emailed you to offer a refund of the postage costs as a gesture of goodwill to a former repeat customer, we did not get a reply. There probably isn't an online retailer in the UK that hasn't increased postage costs or changed shipping structure over the last year or so. We still feel our 'overall' costs (incl any postage) are very competitive and will try to keep it that way, as we have done over the last 23 yr. The delivery arrived one working day overdue, and we apologise for this. Thank you.
Not impressed with PicStop to be honest, late delivery (blamed on courier by a rude member of staff over the phone) then when it did finally arrive it was missing a filter, we contacted PicStop again to be faced with rude emails over Christmas! Item was never replaced and further emails ignored, they are obviously desperate for the extra £12 and couldn’t afford to loose it so we have put it down to a very bad experience and will never use them again - we have since brought the filter elsewhere and cheaper!! The actual item - Celestron StarSense Exploder 80 LT is very good but the customer service is is the worst we’ve experienced in years! Personally I’d recommend looking for a more reputable company who have good customer service.

Hi Malcolm I am really sorry, and disappointed that you have not had a positive experience with us. ​ ​There was an unfortunate delay with the courier delivery, this was around the busiest period in December for carriers, it is almost inevitable that there are some delays at this bottleneck time every year. As you know we apologised for the one working day delay and refunded you for this express delivery as soon as you contacted us. ​ ​Your phone call to the office was actually taken by one of our directors, although you were calling with a complaint about the slight delay I am positive that he would not have been rude to you. ​There were a number of emails (none of which were ignored) exchanged with colleagues over the Christmas period regarding a moon filter. I have reviewed all of these emails, I genuinely and honestly cannot see any rudeness in any of the responses. ​ ​We see from our CCTV that the moon filter was packed with this telescope, we asked you to re-check all the packaging one last time on: Dec 29, '21, 17:19 "Have you by any chance thrown away the packaging, could it be mixed up ?" (Customer viewed on Dec 29, 2021 @ 17:20) We had no response from you on this. ​ ​My colleague had already created a replacement order for you at this point, however, you didn't respond to our email, this order was cancelled this morning. ​ ​In all honesty, we have had a few customers with the same issue as you claiming not to have received the filter, most appear to have been overlooked but after re-checking they have found the filters. I think it is simply because they are so small, light, they are very easy to miss and can be discarded with the packaging. We have replaced any missing ones for our customers, and we would certainly have done this for you. ​ ​Thank you.
You charged me £39 for a 128 GB card which you currently advertise for £27!

Customer was charged £29.58 as agreed at time of checkout. "I must sincerely apologise for muddling this item with another purchase. Am getting on in years and forgot to put my specs on! Silly boy!"
For some bizarre reason I could only order 5 usb sticks which meant I didn’t meet the free post threshold which was annoying. The items arrived quickly otherwise.

3 weeks since I ordered two 64Gb 3.1 USBs and I complained a week ago. Im working from home, have doorbell with camera and No delivery was made. I cannot install OS on my laptop. Next time I will go to the nearest PC store.

I didn’t get my goods. And I’m asked to review them here. PicStop have been very responsive but states the parcel was collected, the courier denies collecting. PicStop did refund me quickly with no quibble. But disappointed to be asked to review what I didn’t have, and disappointed I don’t have it as it was a Christmas gift.

Thank you for your more than fair feedback. Please accept our apologies for the problem with this order. Our courier (Parcelforce) picked up this package as part of a consignment of multiple pallets of boxes and packages, we know this 100%. They now deny having this package, yet all others at the same time were delivered. The likely issue is it was misrouted / lost or their was a label issue (damage). After a few checks we offered a replacement or refund, the buyer opted for a refund. The review email is automated and sent a certain number of days after shipping. Again, please accept our apologies for this issue with the shipment.
I am unable to give a review as I have not yet received the item. I was told 5-7 days, it has been approx 15 days. I am not 100% sure it was dispatched when it should have been?

Apologise for the late delivery of this item ordered just before Christmas. I see it arrived today and was five working days overdue. Tracking no. 0B0287968000365802309. Your item was delivered on 09-01-2021. (shortly after your review) I am sorry for this lengthy delay, as you may already be aware from extensive media coverage there were siginificant delays with mail over the Christmas and early new year period. Thank you for your patience.
Price was fine but delivery and customer service rather rude, gave me one tracking number after 2 week not arrived then when it did arrive was sent a different service to the tracking anyway. Rude response from customer service contradicting all statements

Hello, Very sorry to hear this delivery has yet to arrive as of 24th Dec. it was shipped to France on 02/12/2020. Royal Mail delays blamed on 'exceptional' volumes of post https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-55263177 La Poste in France also have similar issues as you are aware. Sadly there have been considerable delays with mail to Europe from the UK. We will definitely resolve the situaion for you if this does not arrive soon. Many thanks for your patience.
Well I purchased this on the understanding that it would work with my Samsung S7edge as the spec. But it does not so can only use on laptop. Not very happy.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Good to ehar it arrived within 6 working days, you actually chose a 5-7 working day service for delivery. If it had not been the recent period, the busiest for mail there has ever been in the UK I am sure it would have arrived a little quicker. Merry Christmas.

Waste of time, No Delivery, No proper tracking info; I do not believe PicStop had item in stock to sell. Every reply from PicStop said item has been posted; Which obviously it had not as still no delivery after 3 weeks now. Refunded.

Sadly this order failed to be delivered during the lockdown period, it was shipped on time (RM tracking 0B0287968000364862320) and eventually refunded 2 working days after the original agreed delivery period. Apologies again for the delay / loss..
The service was good and the product arrived quickly, but the item was poor. I purchased a 256GB 2.0 Sandisk Cruzer Glide memory stick (as advertised and pictured on your website) but you sent me the 3.0 version (it had a slightly different colour too than the 2.0). This might look like a better one, but actually it is not: the speed is more or less the same and the device tends to get hot. I have a few Sandisk 2.0 sticks and they work fine, but I didn't trust the 3.0 you sent me and actually had to throw it away. Oh well, not your fault that I didn't like it, but why show the 2.0 and send the 3.0?

I am 50/50 with this company. First purchase OK but second got missing in Royal Mail transit. They refused to take any responsibility and referred to PayPal which refused claim as well. Parcels are not insured so beware if have a rouge postman.

This 2nd order was shipped to the same address using the same Royal Mail tracked and insured service. Royal Mail offered confirmation of the delivery online and verbally to the address provided. Customer opened case with Paypal of their own volition.
