Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and sell a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have multiple warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Browning, Skywatcher, Bresser, National Geographic, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

Item posted 13.10.20 - still have not received item. Each time I query I am told the item is within the delivery parameter. 5 to 7 working day delivery does not take this long.

Hello, Sorry to hear this shipment has yet to arrive, it was sent on a tracked service (ROYAL MAIL Tracking : 0B0287968000365409390) and should have arrived by now. Each previous time you chased the order it was still within the delivery estimate. When it did become overdue we sent you a message offering to replace or refund, we've had no response to that message at this point. If there is still an issue we will happily resolve for you.
awaiting delivery about 12 day looks like this company always sent from Chinese rubbish company!

Apologies for the delay, now three working days. We did ship this on time to Ireland and it should normally have arrived by now, we assume the pandemic and issues AN Post & Royal Mail have at the moment is the cause of the slight delay - We will refund / replace if it has not arrived shortly.

Apologies if there is a problem, the order shipped on a tracked service with Royal Mail - 0B0287968000364749539. We have telephoned to help with this and had no response, we have also emailed the address given, however this is rejected as invalid. Please contact us to resolve this issue.
Very bad experience. I ordered a stick that arrived on time and after a week I ordered another one and neither after 9 month I received neither the stick nor the money back.

I received the USB Key which after about 30 mins of copying some data to, promptly stopped working and became completely corrupt rendering the device useless as I can't copy anything to it and can't delete anything on it. As I can't send the device back because it has sensitive information on it, PicStop have simply referred me to SanDisk support.

We apologised for the fault with this product and offered to replace under warranty. The customer advised that they could not return it due to sensitive data on the drive, we then explained that under some circumstances the manufacturer would accept a *disabled* product for return, but only directly. (not via the retailer) Same return process as direct with us, we also supplied contact details.
item not received. waited 20 days. Did eventually ask for refund which was made.

Shipped on time with Royal Mail, customer reported non delivery, refund applied, apologies again for this loss / delay with Royal Mail.
I have still not received the Sandisk card I ordered well before Christmas. (Order Number:S100181469)

Apologies for the problem with this delivery, the package went astray during the Christmas period and failed to arrive and was later replaced after the customer contacted us.
Ordered an SD card. Got an email saying it had been despatched. Then later got another email saying they didn't have any in stock and would refund me - which they did. If they had said they didn't have any stock in the first place then I wouldn't have placed an order. It seems left hand and right hand aren't quite in sync which is a shame as it was a good price quoted.

Apologies for this issue, this was a genuine stock error in our warehouse, we were unaware that physically we did not have the stock and there was an error with the quantity available for sale.
It has been nearly 3 weeks since I made my order and nothing has arrived yet with no updates provided.

Please accept our apologies for the delay, we shipped this on time to the FLAT address in London (email confirmation), delivery should have been within a matter of days. Offered resolution to non delivery, no response from customer.
Ordered a 64gb SD card from you on 16/3/2018. It has not been delivered to date and at present I am going through PayPal to get my money back. Your help in this matter has been non existent and therefore I rate you very poor. I have 750 buys from e-bay with 100% record and wish I had not used your site.

Apologies for the loss of this item within Royal Mail, it was shipped on time and appears to have failed to arrive within the given estimate. If the customer had contacted us directly we would have replaced or refunded, we never had any contact until a claim was made via Paypal.
I still haven’t received the item even though it was ordered on 7/12/17,I rang & spoke to Paul on 20/12/17 as I was concerned I hadn’t received the item & needed it to be received before Christmas but was told it was still within the delivery window & nothing could be done!! I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I received & will be requesting a refund as the item is no longer required!

Hi Paul, your order shipped on the 8th Dec. you chose a 4-10 working day service (Free Delivery), the 20th was the 8th working day, so it wasn't actually late at that point, but was later than normal but that was right in the midst of the busy Christmas period (where delays can be expected). You are welcome to return this for a refund.
