Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Sky Watcher, ZWO, DwarfLab, Unistellar, Bresser, National Geographic, Browning, Bushnell, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

Hello, All memory cards are preformatted for use in a compatible device, you do not normally need to format for initial use. Formatting incorrectly upon receipt is the source of numerous issues with memory cards.

“I've got very little to go on, but it became clear within a few minutes of starting to use it that there was something wrong. When I reported it, I think I supplied enough evidence to convince them that it was not some simple fault which could be fixed easily. However, they insisted that I tried reformatting it. Only when I reported that this had totally locked up and was doing nothing did they accept that it could be returned. Now unfortunately, 2 weeks after I posted it back to them, it apparently still has not arrived. Certainly, as of today, I've not heard anything to that effect. I realise that is not their fault but presumably Royal Mail's. But I do think they might have shipped a replacement product by now just as a gesture of goodwill.”

"I realise that is not their fault but presumably Royal Mail's." Sender not accounting for the Easter 'Bank Holiday' Weekend. We cannot test or replace under warranty until we have the product. Reviewer not responding to calls & emails, we've tried to help with this.
