About PicStop:

Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and sell a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have multiple warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Browning, Skywatcher, Bresser, National Geographic, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

Apart from our competitive pricing our consistent high level of service is what we believe sets us apart from our competition, online companies live and die by their reviews and with the growth of social media and the power this has it has become even more important to offer a better than just good service.

“Had problems with delivery which was entirely due to Royal Mail. Sent email on Friday evening regarding non delivery and got the usual acknowledgment for email. Didn't expect to hear from a person until Monday morning but much to my surprise I got a follow up email that evening and another when I replied over the weekend. The delivery (48 Hr tracked) finally arrived 8 days late but I felt confident that PicStop were doing all they could. Excellent customer service. Again, I would stress that the delivery problem was purely down to Royal Mail not PicStop.”
