Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Sky Watcher, ZWO, DwarfLab, Unistellar, Bresser, National Geographic, Browning, Bushnell, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. “Scope developed a focussing fault within a few days of recieving it (only used twice!). Contacted customer services on 19th March, who said they will contact Celeron. Not heard anything yet!”

Hello, I am sorry that there was this issue with your telescope, we definitely did respond (within 10 min of your initial contact) and you replied with a video highlighting the problem. As you were aware we did need to involve Celestron UK to replace the part, we did explain they were having delays in sending spares, we followed up with them a few times and kept you informed. I understand that they shipped replacement parts the day you left this feedback (you will have been aware and received tracking). We followed up a number of times to check the replacement part was fine, but received no response. Fault reported 19th March > replacement part delivered 25th March. Please accept our apologies again for all the trouble.
