“Ordering was straight forward process, delivery was delayed, and package was damaged on arrival meaning some items were dented. Contacted customer service where they promptly dealt with the problem and offered partial refund for damage items.”

“Impressed with speedy delivery. However both plastic containers of bird's fat balls were badly damaged and the contents had spilled out into the cardboard box. A few of the fat balls had been crushed.”

“Phairs are ok but they use Hermes who lost/damaged the order. Phairs resent using Royal Mail and received quickly and intact. Would order from them again if the didn't use Hermes”
