“I would love to leave a positive review but unfortunately delivery very late I was informed I could cancel but tried to have faith. So left on order. It’s 12 litres not 13!!! But I suppose I’ll get by.Anything you can do to get me to try you again wide be welcome. Dougy”

“Overall my experience ordering from Phairs was good, the items came quickly and the prices were great. Everything was packaged well, but I was sad when the planter I had ordered arrived with scratches/small gouge down the side (im guessing they were there pre packing) . Didnt want to pay return shipping to return as its a large planter, so just kept it but it was a bit of a disappointment.”

“Ordering was quick and painless and the product is fine, delivery however was not good no updates on delivery and delivery was terrible. For a large order I was given no updates, there was a delay in delivering the items and not told, I was not told until the day of delivery and could not be in, items were stacked in front of entrance to house blocking entry and exit. Not left in a agreed location. Better communication would have been good.”

“The item is what I wanted and fit for purpose, large wheeled moveable on wheels pot , attractive design. My only complaint is in speed of tracked arrival .. it came only just in time for a deadline I had and I had to chase for updates .”

“Although the buckets were exactly what I wanted, they were not packaged very well, very flimsy cardboard box, hence one arrived with a big dint right on the rim. I was advised buckets would arrive on a specific day by the courier and then it was changed to another which admittedly wouldnt have been Phairs fault but all adds to overall customer experience. I feel I'm being more than generous with a rating of 3”

“The first time I ordered kibble it got delivered fine, based on this experience I ordered again. When the package came I realised tape all over it, on further inspection there was a massive rip on the bag and instead of replacing it they sellotaped it just so it holds together. NOT HAPPY. Last time i'll order from this website.”
