“I was informed that my delivery would be between the 27th of January and the 2nd of February, it's the 5th of February today and I still haven't received my goods. Whilst Phairs continue to use the utterly useless Evri l shall not be using them again. Had it been made clear that this was the delivery company then I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.”
