“Only 4 out of 5 because Phairs eas let down by Rpyal Mail advising of delivery day & time but then not achieving it. Three times they said the item would be delivered and once cancelled. Fortunately the item was not time critical but the expected 2 days delivery turned into 4!”

“Very good service 👍 but it was spoiled by the paint tin being damaged and was only saved from being a sticky mess by the polly bag retaining the paint to much hassle to send back after opening the polly bag about 1/3 of paint lost hope. My next order arrives in one peice”

“My order was placed, but two items were substituted without my knowledge. Upon a call to customer services (namely a lady called Ciara), an apology was issued and a refund given. Excellent customer service and look forward to ordering again.”
