“The product is good but had to re-engineer the end fastener as the clamp gave way and had to buy a new clamp on amazon. Phairs were good and offered a discount immediately.”

“Had 1 parcel of 3 missing and was delivered the nextday. Seems DPD had damaged it and caused 1 of the bags of compost to be broken. They patched it up and returned it. Had a fair bit missing out of the bag but that was down to DPD not Phairs fault.”

“Phairs price was very good. They shipped quickly however they use DPD for the delivery who were rubbish. On the first delivery 'attempt' they said I was not at home without even trying to deliver. On the 2nd attempt, the box arrived crushed and half open. Luckily the dog food bags were not damaged. Phairs might want to consider a different company for their deliveries.”

“Excellent range, competitive pricing, prompt delivery. My only gripe would be the somewhat over-zealous packaging of the paint tins. The tape around the lids is a real pain, difficult to remove easily, and causes paint pooling and unpredictable dripping where tape ends up left around the lip of the tin. I can understand why the tape is there, but the user experience of trying to get rid of it is horrible.”
