“On first use, the spreaders wheel fell off and dumped most of the seed on the grass. I had to dismantle the spreader and noticed the screw keeping the wheel in was missing. After further inspection I noticed the screw in the bottom of the seed bucket. Thankfully I found this and managed to screw the wheel securely back on without any major issues. Love the product though.”

“Product easy to order and came on time. On opening, the packaging was slightly damaged, but no seed/feed had been lost (I weighed the sack) so didn't see this as a problem.”

“Ordered seed spreader and 2 bags of lawn feed and weed. Best price I could find on Google. Fast delivery via DPD with comms through all the stages. Not more I can ask for! Fertilised the lawn yesterday so waiting to see the improvement!”

“I can’t fault the quality, range of products or pricing however, the order fulfilment left a lot to be desired. My delivery of three large pots ended up being split across two deliveries. The first delivery contained one pot in an oversized sized cardboard box with plenty of protection. There was nothing to suggest that the order had been split into two deliveries. The following day I contacted Customer Services to enquire what had happened to the rest of my order and I was asked to supply photographic evidence. Later that day another delivery arrived containing three pots squeezed into an ill fitting box with little protection and topped off with a cardboard flap and some bubble wrap. Not unsurprisingly, one of the pots was damaged, but at least I ended up with the three pots that I ordered - albeit a day later than planned. Customer Service were efficient and pleasant to deal with, but the overall experience would make me think twice about shopping with Phairs again.”

“First time I've ordered light tubes online and received exactly what I wanted, thank you. The outer box was damaged on one corner, but both fittings were intact. Your price was competitive although the postage seemed high!”
