“5 stars. The delivery was here way earlier then expected and in perfect condition. The customer service people were very kind, helpful and responder to emails very quickly. “I raised the order that was to be delivered in 2 to 4 days. 1 week later I contacted the company who explained that they were out of stock and asked if is like to cancel. I advised that I would cancel and order the item elsewhere due to the urgency to receive. Heard nothing back and it was not cancelled. Then 5 days later I receive the item. I have contacted the company again to explain. They advised it would be cancelled. Have heard nothing back. Very disappointed with the service.”

Hello Thank you for your feedback When we advised that your order was pending stock and give you the option to cancel we did not receive a reply for 3 days and your order was then delivered within that time frame so it was not possible for us then to cancel the order when you had received it.
