“I do love the petTracer. I had a radio collar before, but the benefits are the realtime GPS tracking and also the fact it signals when the battery power is low. Have never had to use it to locate a cat yet, but have had to locate the lost collar a few times and always found it. Had to install a second homestation to get good coverage, but was simple enough to do and the after sales service is very good.”

“There are many products on the market and I have tried most of them. This is by far the best. Excellent customer service, whenever I asked a question they would get back to me asap even on a Sunday. Highly recommended”

“I really care for my cat "tiger" and love him dearly. I never want to lose him again (he was locked in a garage) and a gps cat collar is a no brainer for me. I tried many different GPS and RF trackers but to have both combined in a light weight collar.... AMAZING! Thanks so much to the petTracer team for their hard work, great support and fantastic product.”

“We have no mobile reception in our area so we looked for a tracker that was not dependant on mobile phone. We are very happy that we found pettracer although we wish the range of the homestation was longer.”

“Yes! buy one people, its no cheap but if you love your cats and they are outdoors it is a small price to pay for peace of mind. I bought one after my Lucy didnt come home for two weeks. It broke my heart and my little girl was devastated. We are so happy now that we can trace her and find her if she goes missing.”

“Pet Tracer is a excellent company with brilliant staff like Zoe who has been so helpful in helping me set up.our cats collar and station.This is the best collar we have tried for our darling cat.light weight has a light on it too you can switch on and I have been able to add our cats name tag etc onto the collar. Any issues I have had with no fault of anyone the staff have been quick to respond ,quick to help giving to time, patience and understanding and things get sorted very quickly. We are going to.have there outside aerial that will join the station indoors to give us a much better signal as our cat goes off to a farm and bushes and fields and hides if she is nervous so although it works great ,this is going to be even more amazing . Orders do not take long to arrive which is fab. It's great the station can be made mobile too so if your cat is stuck in a building etc you find your cat . Also comes with a band to stick inside if your cats neck is small .We use it for our cat ,brilliant idea .She has no problem wearing it and has a allumison band around it too. It also only takes about 2hours or so to recharge so we can easily take it off are cat on a evening as she in at night ,charge it then put it back on for next day .there are different modes you can use which affect how fast the battery is used the fast mode is definitely best We are so happy with Pet Tracer inwould definitely recommend to people looking for a tracking collar for there cat .I've tried loads before and were useless .This is great and staff are great too.”

“I had to wait for a few weeks for my collar due to the pandemic but it was so worthy. I only leave my cat out for a few hours and I can monitor where he goes from home. Also the Led light is very useful at night”

“Overall very satisfied, it is by far the smallest collar I found for my cat and it he doesn’t mind it. It would be a lot better if you didn’t need a computer to install the home station.”

“Used Tractive for a while, it was too big and battery lasted around a day. pet tracer is a lot smaller and battery lasts me around 4 days on fast mode. Range is smaller and took me a while to figured out how to do a mobile home station but customer support is very good. Zoe is very patient and now I can do it quickly when needed. cant imagine live without pet tracer now.”
