“We decided to get a pettracer collar for our cat after moving to a new area. We weren't sure how he would cope with being in a new environment as he's not the youngest anymore. We thought it would be best to keep an eye on him the first few weeks and go and retrieve him if he wandered too far from home. It's worked really well for us and now he never goes out without his collar. Highly recommend”

“Yep! it does what is says on the tin :) Maybe in the future you can add a beeper. I've used a Tile on my one and it is good but wish it was included”

“We bought Jasper the petTracer after he went missing for 3 weeks! It is fabulous gives us peace of mind & is accurate to where he is & alerts when it needs charging. PetTracer are fantastic to deal with as we had a couple of problems setting up but they were very very efficient & friendly to deal with .😀😀”

“Why didn’t I know about pet tracer earlier? We were lucky enough to find our fur baby after it was missing for 2 weeks. We were completely distraught, and promised to not leave our cat out again if we ever got him back. After a few days of him constantly standing by the door we looked into GPS trackers and came across pettracer. We couldn’t be happier, I know the natural territory and how far it goes. I had to make a mobile home station once which was a little hard for me but now I could do one very quickly if needed. Highly recommended, dont be put off by the price your cat is worth it.”

“I was recommended to petTracer by a rescue centre where we got our cat and they swear by it. I have to say that it has put me at ease knowing I know where my cat is at all times. We used the Fast mode for two weeks as recommended and then moved to standard mode. We only check the app every now and then and can see what Groucho is doing.”

“After our 3rd tracker I have to say this: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN OTHER BRANDS! We learnt the hard way.Buy a pertracer today before your pet is lost and you regret it!”

“I have now read a couple of bad reviews about this product and it is obvious they didn’t understand the technology. It takes a little while to understand how the homestattion works but it is not rocket science. Once you go through the initial set up it really is a doodle and the app is great. Any questions they usually answer within a couple of hours.”

“Fantastic product, could not live without it now. We are helicopter parents to our babies and like to know how far they go. We lost a collar a while back but this is not pet tracers fault, one of our cat’s ended up going inside grounds which we dont have access too and couldn’t retrieve it from there. Bought a new collar next day - no brainer!”

“I tried 2 other trackers and they all lied about the battery life. They didn’t even last 24h. I also dont get why pettracer says it lasts 30 days. That is only on slow mode which there is no much use. But in Fast Mode I get almost 3 days and in standard a week. Overall Im happy with it and will probably buy another subscription once the 2 years are over as our cat is still young”

“My cat would thank PetTracer personally; as he is always wandering off and now I can find him and keep an eye on him all day while I’m at work. Even when he managed to pull his collar off we found it by tracking it down so the technology really works. Plus, and this is a big plus, the customer service is second to none. Any question; answered. Any problems dealt with, they were so helpful when we had issues with our collar and I can’t thank Zoe enough. If you need to know where your fur babies are this is the one that gives you peace of mind.”

“Having tried another tracker which was 2g based and become totally disillusioned with it never ever working, I researched and liked the look of pet tracer so thought I would give it a try. The difference is incredible. Totally reliable always working. We simply could not live without these devices. As a multi cat household we now have 5 of these devices. And 2 years on I have never failed to retrieve a collar the cat has lost in a fence of brambles. Support is fantastic. If there is another tracker out there half as good as this I would love to see it !”

“Few issues setting up, but what a fabulous product!! Only have one collar but each of my cats has worn it and I now have a pretty good idea of their local haunts! Now it’s with the cat it was bought for , such peace of mind”

“If you want to know where your pet is and what his/her range is - in my opinion this is the product for you. If your pet goes missing or manages to lose the collar (all safe collars have pressure related release points to protect your pet) you can link your home station to your mobile and track it down. I have used it for the best part of a year and thoroughly recommend it and the friendly support PetTracer have given me when i needed it.From a product development viewpoint i would simply recommend a way to add an address to the collar and a here-I-am turnable on/offable sound as well as a light would be great.”

“PetTracer is a fantastic Product which gives such piece of mind. My kitten, Tomly, started wearing his at 6 months and he quickly got used to the collar. It is great to be able to see all the places he visits. The tech is simple to set up and the app is easy to master. I really recommend it - I wouldn't let my precious furry friend outside without it now.”

“The initial advance subscription fee may seem steep but it is well worth the money. The collar is comfortable on our cat and uses a combination of GPS and Radio Frequency technology to locate her. Depending on your environment eg lots of buildings blocking the signal, real-time location may not be available but the data is stored on the collar and uploaded once back in range and you soon learn your cat's habits. If your cat got lost, the beauty is being able to make the receiver mobile and go searching. The RF technology is especially useful if the cat is stuck in a shed or lying under a car as GPS would not work in those situations. I have found communication with the company in the early days of my ownership to be very good.”

“The worst thing that I have ever had the misfortune to purchase.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this DREADFUL PRODUCT, mine has never worked properly from the day I received it, they're communication is diabolical, they just don't seem to be interested, they even said that my cat was out of range when I found out that he was never more than 400 metres away!!! If I could I would give it minus stars!!!”
