“I can’t score you any higher as I’ve no idea how you perform during a claim. Taking out a policy with you was easy so credit where it’s due. Also depends on your renewal price.”

“You didn't post our paperwork as promised and the phone line was always very busy when trying to find out why the paperwork hadn't been posted to us, tried emailing that again was useless, wish we hadn't bothered giving you our business, very frustrating R Ronksley”

“Best price therefore Peter Best got my business. My advice is always to seek out the lowest price for an equivalent service before each annual renewal otherwise insurance companies (especially) will rip you off. Never ever agree to 'auto renewal' since you will never be rewarded for loyalty.”
