“I am mostly happy with the service, but I am having extreme difficulty with accessing my account and documentation using the app. It sends me round in circles telling me I have a temporary password and not allowing me to set up a new one. Most frustrating, so I have to telephone if I have an issue. FaceTime”

“Firstly I am only leaving a review because they sent me an email asking for one.
I have given them one star as they have still not got back to me about an enquiry about the level of cover actually provided (Possibly different between what is on the certificate Vs what was claimed when it was sold to me)
The online chat thing was poor - it just copied some generic stuff from the website and rehashed it, not answering the question. It did then attempt to put me through to a person, but the site ended up failing.
I sent an email but they haven't replied.
Interestingly, the email they sent asking for a review - if you click on 1 star on the email, it takes you through to their customer service page, but if you click 5 stars it takes you to this page to leave a review. Take what you will from that...”

“Firstly, PBIS is shown as giving cash back, the only reason I bought the policy. Secondly, proof that the bike was garaged was required, I submitted this 3 times before it was accepted; and then got another message asking for proof, which I ignored. On the positive side, when I phoned to discuss this after the second submission, the woman operative was very understanding and sorted the issue.”
