“Managed to get round complicated on line process ,spoke to Scott who sorted out insurance. Paying by instalments but aftergetting down to facts again online system was not easy but managed to sort it.insurance was renewed on time”

“I had been with my excsting company for some time but this year the cost increase was considerable more and I had never claimed, PBIS were at cost I would expect for the same cover and easy to deal with.”

“My quote from the Daily Mail was about £155, not the cheapest, but I knew the name from the MG car club. When I paid Iwas asked for a further £50 for breakdown cover, this was supposed to be included in the £155 quote. We I recived my insurance documents a staple was placed about 2 inches from the top and 2 inches from the side this had to be removed to read them.”

“I removed a car from my multi vehicle policy and qualified for two quotes now -each with cover strengths. This was all explained well to me and I took the cheaper one. My only wish is that you could name the documents in my insurance portal in a way a lay person could understand. And please show this year and last year as I spent ages reading old/out of date cover details.”

“The process when very well, and the staff on the phone was very helpful, it was nice to be able to talk to someone, instead of endlessly typing to someone on line for half an hour when you could explain to someone on the phone in two minutes.
