“I have fortunately never needed to actually register an accident with this insurance company so cannot comment on anything post-accident, but the setting up of the insurance policy was straightforward and the price competitive, so I have no complaints at all. Excellent!”

Sorry to say now the personal touch has gone and is just big business having just changed our car and had to cancel our policy the cancellation charges are ridiculous.
