“I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service that I received from Ptair UK. “Bob has been an absolute gem with the safe travel of our French Bulldog called Zefi to Australia. We had all sorts of spanners been thrown into the works before Zefi's transit including: - Quarantine fees unexpected going up in Australia - Qantas unexpectedly changing the flight schedule to a PM flight making DAFF reject any dogs booked on the LHR-MEL fights into the Melbourne Quarantine station meaning Zefi had be quarantine in Sydney!! - Changing export permits to SYD from MEL. - Puppy warts appearing weeks before the flight Bob was always on hand to answer any queries and effectively deal with everything thrown at us. He's a real pet loving person and has a great knack for putting owners at ease when discussing anything troublesome or complicated. I'm so happy I chose Petair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.”

“Mike the Cat arrived in San Diego with no problems. Unlike his earlier trip to England when he spent the first two weeks hiding under a duvet, he walked out of his very classy bespoke wooden box and settled right in - obviously a good journey! Thank you all so much for your help, kindness and patience dealing with a worried owner.”

“Pet air UK did a fantastic job moving my dog Daisy from Scotland to Lanzarote. Must admit I was more stressed than Daisy. Everything went like clockwork as to handing DIaisy over in Glasow to collecting her in Lanzarote, when we collected Daisy at the other end and released her from her cage she was fine and not stressed out. I will be using PETAIRUK again when we return home for the summer. Many thanks Ruby, Roy and a big woof from Daisy Xxx”

“Taking my dog Daisy with me to Barbados seemed very daunting, but I did my research, and decided that PetAir UK were the people I would entrust with the arrangements and most importantly, the care of Daisy. Every step of the way, I felt assured that my concerns were addressed and that Daisy's safety and well- being was paramount. From the minute she was collected and began her journey, I was kept fully informed as to her progress. When I arrived in Barbados, Daisy having been put on the same Virgin Atlantic flight, I will never forget my relief and joy, at the sight of a happy and healthy dog being brought to me at the Animal Reception Centre. I cannot praise the PetAir team enough, and I would thoroughly recommend PetAir UK to anyone contemplating taking their dog overseas.”

“I would definitely recommend petair to anyone doing an international move. They were always prompt in their replies and no question was too silly! I wasoving to the U.S. The gentleman who picked up Libby from our home was great and made a great fuss of Libby. When it came time for her to hop in van, no stress or shaking as she doesn't like traveling in cars too much. I was always kept informed and every little detail was always communicated. Their online registration was great and when I had made a mistake on one of Libby's measurements they picked it up right away as it didn't seem right for her breed. Thank you to Zara Lindsey Debbie and Paul for everything! You are stars!! PS She was very happy as her duck toy arrived safe and sound on her crate!! Thank you Paul for making the extra effort????”

“My little Barney is only 4 months old, so of course I was a little nervous sending him off all on his own from London to HK! But everything went very smoothly, he arrived super relaxed and ready for his new life in the far East! Thanks again to all the team for the wonderful help!”

“Thank you so much for getting Dennis to New York safe and sound. It's quite a stressful experience for any pet owner and the whole team managed to reassure me of his well being throughout the entire process. I'm sure at times the staff must have thought I was a little over protective but never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Dennis loves his crate which we have kept (so large my husband had to hire a van to pick us up!). He was obviously very comfortable and appears none the worse for his trans-atlantic adventure. I found the entire process very professional from start to finish so in my opinion worth every penny. Thank you”

The crates have been used for many purposes after the flights - including as a TV stand and children's play house. Well done Dennis and have a fab time in USA
