“Absolutely a fantastic service. We moved from the UK to Gozo on 3rd Dec 15 with our 10 year old bearded collie. He hadnever flown before and I was very worried about him. He normally goes of his food and can loose a lot of weight when he has to go in kennels. I was very happy to see he had not lost any weight at all. When we picked him up at the airport it was so easy and straight forward. Woody was still in the crate when we first saw him and it looked very big and comfortable with water provided in the crate. I would highly recommend air pets to anyone. An excellent first class service.”

“I recently located to Gibraltar and Pet Air UK made the relocation of my dog as easy and more importantly stress free. Their office staff are highly efficient and extremely helpful I would like to thank especially the gentleman driver who collected my dog and took personal interest in her. Thanks so much to the wonderful people at Pet Air UK.”

“The staff at PetAir UK were very responsive from start to finish, answering all of our questions and concerns with respect to getting our cat relocated from London to Dubai. As they took care of all the paperwork, it saved us all the hassle of having to deal with various beaurocratic details and made the transition of moving our pet much less stressful!”

“Thank you Bob and all of your staff for a most efficient and understanding service. Like most dog owners, we really love our pet. Your kindness and patience in answering all of our questions and worries totally filled us with confidence. Oscar arrived in Denver after a 10 hour flight, no worse off for his experience. His crate was beautifully made and cosy inside. We can't thank you enough for the safe transportation of Oscar. Thank you.”

“The service i received from Pet Air UK was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Cat who dealt with Rocky's flight to Canada. Rocky was looked after extremely well and was very calm and relaxed after a 9 hour journey. Thank you to all of the staff who made the transition so easy. “PetAir have been fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and there was so much care, thought and planning put into getting Lilly the pug from scotland to Abu dhabi. I would reccommend bob and his team to anyone planning to relocate their pets.”

“PetAir provided us with great service from the first phone call to them in the UK, picking up our elderly dog Lucy from home in the UK and then seeing her safely onto the plane at Heathrow from where she was flown to Houston, Texas on British Airways. We had no problems at cargo and customs when collecting her from the airport as the paperwork was all in order - and Lucy arrived safe and sound. PetAir couldn't have been more helpful, professional and friendly - thank you all once again - using this service made the move a lot less stressful for all! Jean and John Menzies, Houston, Texas.”

“Bobby is a Tibetan Spaniel and he travelled from Dorset to Tampa, Florida. He was well taken care of and came off the plane excited to see us and showed absolutely no signs of stress at all. Thank you everyone for being so kind to us and looking after my furry son!”

“I was really nervous about having my dog fly to New York and these guys were incredibly patient with all my numerous questions and concerns. Delighted to say that my dog arrived looking happy and alert and I'm sooooooo relieved. Thank you PET AIR for holding my hand all the way. I will be recommending you to all my friends!!”

“Everyone was very professional and friendly in their communication. Everything was clearly explained and they provided a personalised service for us and our pets with no hidden costs. The communication during the transportation of our pets was exceptional and put our minds at rest. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people moving abroad.”

“Consummate professionals from initial enquiry to pick up day before flying. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the entire process was seamless. Everyone was so kind and caring and I felt totally as ease with handing my precious girls over on the day of pick up. I would highly recommend PetAir. I have to add that because of the size of my dogs (rottweilers) we had to fly with Virgin, I only had contact with their staff at LAX but they too were totally amazing and really put themselves out to make sure that the dogs were safe and calm (humans too).”
