Hello Yusuf, We're sorry you experienced this. I looked into your order and I can see the 3 bottles were send as 2 separate parcels. As explained to you before, both parcels were available for collection or redelivery, but you only requested a redelivery for 1 parcel containing the one unit. We asked the courier to redeliver the second parcel on your behalf, and we can see it is delivered now. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

“Found my perfume the cheapest by far. Wasn’t sure it would be the authentic brand as the price was so much cheaper than everywhere else and couldn't believe it. Honestly thought I would regret ordering but thought I’d chance it. I was so anxious waiting for it to arrive. It came super quick and I’m so happy I ordered. It was exactly what I wanted, the real brand, no surprises and no regrets. Perfect”
