“Received wrong perfume. A return label was issued and the correct item was sent out, which was supposed to be delivered 3 days earlier.”

“Doubtful if the real deal ? Bought my wife Jimmy Choo original I always buy it for her usually from duty free at the airport .the smell is long lasting and she often gets comments off people asking what perfume she's wearing....but this is weak and doesn't linger dont think I'll be purchasing from here again feel cheated and disappointed ☹️”

“Bought Gucci Oud EDP, 100ml, delivery and comms spot on. However the fragrence smelt very weak and lasts 20 mins maximum. Last bottle of Designer fragrance I buy. No point the copies are cheaper and sometimes smell better and last longer”

“I ordered 3 bottles of perfume 2 out of the 3 arrived the next day I emailed straight away to ask about the 3rd one but didn’t get a reply so I phoned the next day and the lady said it’s been posted out but after a week I emailed again and got a reply saying it would be here the next day I feel as if I hadn’t emailed again the 3rd one wouldn’t have arrived”

“As mentioned previously, I was quite annoyed that you offered a next day delivery but it arrived on the second day. I was pretty sure when I checked the tracking that it mentioned a 48 hour service (I think)? So not impressed if that was the case. The perfume looks very nice though but as it’s a present now sure on the scent as yet.”

“My order included next day delivery, but parcel took just over a week to arrive. The label said 48hr so, it was never going to be next day delivery... was it.!”

“Can’t review the perfume as I’ve not received it yet. Apparently it’s sat in a sorting office in Bristol and due to the postal strikes I doubt it will be delivered in time for Xmas !! It is a gift for my granddaughter.”
