I received the incorrect order. Emailed and was sent a prepaid returns label. After I returned the item I then enquired last week as to whether I was getting the correct order posted to me and have not received a reply as yet nor have I received a refund. Won't order from here again. Total lack of communication and I have no idea what is happening. Will escalate with PayPal tomorrow.

Perfume ordered and delivered quickly however wrong perfume was sent. Customer service took few days to answer email and advised that return label will be sent, after a week where no label was sent customer service again took few days to answer when asked for update and advised that label can be downloaded from their website after logging in, this is not correct as return has to be requested and reviewed so again took a week to get the return label. It has been a month now since original purchase and although they have received a return 11 days ago refund still has not been processed. I do not recommend this company!

Received a defective item and trying to sort that was so disappointing. I had to call so many times and send many emails just to get a return label. I returned the item and have been waiting for a refund for two weeks now and still didn't get it. Disappointing experience

Ordered aftershave first one got returned because you failed to put number of house on so you sent ot out again after I confirmed my address and you sent it to someone else's address and you admitted this bit failed to correct it so I still haven't got my order and no refund contacted you servel time but getting ignored now !!! Won't be buying from you again

Ordered on a Thursday, was meant to be next day delivery for a gift, but was sent royal mail 48hr which meant I didn't receive the item until 4 days later. I wrote an email to Perfume Oasis but didn't ever receive a reply.

Dear Ashley, After reviewing the tracking information for your order, it is evident that the initial scheduled delivery was set for Friday. However, upon your request, royal mail rescheduled the delivery for Saturday. Unfortunately, during the second attempt on Saturday, no one was available to receive the package. I ordered 3 units of Versace Dylan blue perfume only for us to get only one delivered. Various efforts to reach your customer care proved futile. Please I need to get a refund on the perfumes that weren’t delivered. Order number: PO10887 Thank you

Hello Yusuf, We're sorry you experienced this. I looked into your order and I can see the 3 bottles were send as 2 separate parcels. As explained to you before, both parcels were available for collection or redelivery, but you only requested a redelivery for 1 parcel containing the one unit. We asked the courier to redeliver the second parcel on your behalf, and we can see it is delivered now. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

It is very frustrating deal with Perfume Oasis! I ordered a perfume before Christmas, didn’t arrived it . I asked for refund they refused , very stressful deal with this company…

hello Your order was placed on December 22nd after the Christmas cut off time, and you chose the option where it clearly says "No Christmas delivery", this was also stated in the heading of our website and in the order confirmation email that your order won't be delivered before Christmas. You then demanded a refund when the item was delivered after Christmas and refused to return the item back.

Hello A delivery was attempted on 8th of October and no one was available to receive the parcel. You can arrange a redelivery online or collect it from your royal mail delivery office. You can contact us if you require further assistance.

Really bad customer service. I purchased next day delivery and it didn’t come the next day or the day after that, so I contacted them via email, and they didn’t respond to me, so I contacted them via phone, and I had to leave 3 messages before they answered me on the 4th time…

Your order was placed on a Saturday evening, and dispatched for next day delivery on Monday as per our shipping policy we don't fulfil orders on Sundays. We also note it was delivered next day on Tuesday. You sent us three messages on Sunday evening after closing hours, and we responded to you on Monday morning.
