“I Read a lot of reviews about this company before i bought my item, some good some bad. I am not sure what happened to the bad review customers. I ordered for next day delivery ... i took 2 days to arrive. The tracking service was spot on and easy to follow. And finally the price. I don't know how they could afford to sell it at the price i paid and i don't care. Will be ordering the item again ASAP!!! Brilliant Curtis”

Hello Yusuf, We're sorry you experienced this. I looked into your order and I can see the 3 bottles were send as 2 separate parcels. As explained to you before, both parcels were available for collection or redelivery, but you only requested a redelivery for 1 parcel containing the one unit. We asked the courier to redeliver the second parcel on your behalf, and we can see it is delivered now. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

hello Your order was placed on December 22nd after the Christmas cut off time, and you chose the option where it clearly says "No Christmas delivery", this was also stated in the heading of our website and in the order confirmation email that your order won't be delivered before Christmas. You then demanded a refund when the item was delivered after Christmas and refused to return the item back.

“I found a fragrance on Perfume Oasis that I couldn't find elsewhere at the time. This was my first time purchasing from Perfume Oasis so I wasn't sure about the service I'd receive. I shouldn't have worried though as the fragrance arrived very quickly and was 100% genuine. Will definitely be a returning customer.”
