hello Your order was placed on December 22nd after the Christmas cut off time, and you chose the option where it clearly says "No Christmas delivery", this was also stated in the heading of our website and in the order confirmation email that your order won't be delivered before Christmas. You then demanded a refund when the item was delivered after Christmas and refused to return the item back.

“My order was dispatched extremely quickly and despite the Christmas postal strikes arrived with me in a couple of days of placing my order. I couldn’t have been happier as I had originally made my order through another larger supplier and after three weeks the Spicebomb still had not arrived. Taking the risk to order through Perfume Oasis, I would highly recommend due to the speed, efficiency and overall price.”
