“The experience was amazing overall. The training covered all the aspects of food safety. The trainer was fantastic, knowledgeable, fun, interactive, patient and very good listener.”

“Peter was engaging, knowledgeable and humorous. Explained the course well and briefed daily on what we going to cover and achieve day. Any questions put to him were answered well informed answers and also bought about good conversation and debate. I would recommend Peter to anybody who want to book a great trainer.”

“I have really enjoyed my time at this training course. Trainer was really experienced and prepared throughout all 3 days of training. Great teaching style which covers all possible types of learning. Information was presented in a delightful manner. I was truly prepared for the test.”

“I really enjoyed today's trainigwith Peter. He delivered the training in a really professional and relaxed manner and made everyone feel comfortable. I have been on many of these courses and he has made me think alot about improving my business practices even though we have 5 Stars already. “Peter is an incredibly proactive training provider - he second-guesses our needs and comes up with suggestions for solutions to problems before we even think of them ourselves. He is detailed and efficient in his approach, and this, coupled with his impressive qualifications and massive experience means that I trust him implicitly to train our staff to the highest level. Peter understands how hard it is to study and retain information because he continues to challenge himself with further studies - how he fits everything into his busy life is beyond me, but he has not 'dropped the ball' once!
