“Really enjoyed the course and learnt a lot! Even though I do not work in the kitchen or handle food, the knowledge is applicable and will be sure to keep an eye on the kitchen team and call them up on any unsafe food safety practices that I see (hopefully none) as these issues affect the whole business.”
