“It has been a very well structured course. It's provided useful for me and now I can put my knowledge and practical experience into real-life situations. I feel more confident now in preparing a lesion plan and conducting the actual training session. I do believe this course equips you with the right tools to conduct your own training sessions.”

“This is quite a theoretical course, be prepared to do some homework. Peter was very professional and approachable. He provided information that would not to think about before. It's great if you have plenty of time allocated for your training. It may not work for those who may have limited time designated for training.”
