“I feel I've learnt a lot , the course is not too 'test focused', but practical and teaches the basics, encourages to build HACCP plan and considers factors instead of just implementing one.”

“Tutor made us feel at ease. Extensive knowledge of the subject. Some parts were quite similar so harder to revise. For example questions aren't too different. A lot of repetition and reinforcing ideas which is useful. Extra support if required. More refresher on microbes/pathogens.”

“I decided to register the training at the last minute and Peter was amazing not just allowing me to register last minute as well for the opportunity to learn so much.
