“The course did help with understanding of knowing what other actions could be used to try to diffuse difficult conversations along with managing expectations and lack of understanding by families. Michelle was very helpful and provided different techniques and rationale in a friendly but clear and concise way. Thank you.”

“This is quite a theoretical course, be prepared to do some homework. Peter was very professional and approachable. He provided information that would not to think about before. It's great if you have plenty of time allocated for your training. It may not work for those who may have limited time designated for training.”
