“Customer service was wonderful, products arrived as expected and in a timely manner and were packaged well. I just wish eco-friendly options were cheaper so they felt as good for your pocket as they do for the environment. Lovely range of products available, can purchase a multitude of products in one place which is handy and can easily allow you to get to the free delivery criteria.”

“I have ordered few items I wanted to swap to go plastic free. Love the toilet paper and will actually subscribe to it and have it delivered on regular basis. The soap nuts are about to be tested so can’t say much on those yet. Not sure if the bamboo toothbrush is my kind of thing as the bristles are not very gentle despite them being ‘soft’. Non foaming toothpaste is something people probably have to get used to it but not sure I can commit to it. I really appreciated Quick delivery and zero plastic packaging as it makes me always happy to see the initiative.”

“Very happy with my shopping. All the products were the way I expected them. It was a shame that some of the items I ordered were out of stock and I had to replace them for others I didn’t like as much. Although the costumer service was great!”

“I ordered a ceramic soap dish. When it arrived it was broken due to inadequate wrapping. It was wrapped in thick paper but was not packed tightly in the box. I can understand not wanting to use plastic bubble wrap but the item was rattling around. I emailed Peace with the wild immediately, with a photograph. I had a reply straight back. They were very apologetic and I received a replacement very promptly. The soap dish was very nice.”

“Was very pleased with the delivery speed and way the items were packaged. Disappointed that many items seemed to be out of stock, but I am guessing that is because it is nearly Christmas - in which case I am glad as it means lots of people are buying plastic-free!!”
